The prices are per week.
In Easter and Christmas season the prices to be applied are the prices shown for June.
There is an additional single cleaning charge of € 80.00 to be paid for the rent (€ 300.00 for Villa el Olivo and Villa Rota del Mar; € 150.00 for Villa 656, Villa Roca and Villa Flor de Neu; € 80.00 for Casita Laguna Azul) (not applicable at Villa la Giralda) and there is an additional charge of € 50.00 payable per week for the air conditioning (Except for Villa el Olivo, Villa la Giralda, Villa Roca, Villa Flor de Neu, Villa Rota del Mar and Casita Laguna Azul).
All the Villas are located in areas considered residential areas, very family oriented and where the peace and quiet is much valued. Therefor parties are not allowed and loud noises that could disturb the neighbourhood have to be kept under control all day, as there are local regulations with regard to noise which are mandatory..
Pets are welcome in almost all of our holiday homes except Villa La Giralda and Villa Roca..
You can book the villas also for single nights or for weekends. In this case prices may differ from the weekly price.
